Sleep is not a competition…

Does going to bed feel like the only moment of the day when you don’t have to do anything—yet it still doesn’t work? Your mind is racing while the rest of you is exhausted. You’re not alone. An estimated 10 to 30% of all adults struggle with chronic insomnia. And 30 to 35% experience sleep problems at some point: difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up long before the alarm, with a to-do list already growing. The suffering that comes with this is significant. Poor sleep drains you and affects how you function the next day at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

It can be different. I struggled with insomnia for years, but with the help of insights from sleep science and psychology—along with valuable perspectives from movement and nutrition—I managed to crack my sleep code. And while your combination is probably not the same as mine, I can help you rediscover your own unique sleep code.

 

As a certified sleep coach, I help busy adults make sleep a natural part of their lives again. Not something that competes with everything else on your to-do list, but something your body actually longs for. We bring your sleep habits back into balance and address tension, unhelpful thoughts, and negative feelings about sleep—the invisible burdens that stand in the way of a good night’s rest.

We continue to learn more about sleep every day. I work based on the latest insights from sleep science, combined with knowledge from other disciplines such as psychology, nutrition, movement science, and neuro- and behavioral sciences. Especially for people with busy schedules, this multidisciplinary approach is valuable: sleep problems are rarely one-dimensional, and a solution that fits your life requires more than one perspective.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution for people whose lives are anything but standard. That’s why I choose coaching that aligns with who you are and how you live. Your body, lifestyle, and sleep challenges are unique and deserve a personalized approach.

Together, we work toward sustainable recovery of your sleep, so you can once again enjoy rest, energy, focus, and the mental space to keep doing everything you do well. So that sleep is no longer a daily struggle, but the moment when you consciously let go and wake up stronger the next day.
