You wake up in the morning, but it feels like you've largely missed your sleep. Your head is heavy, your body is exhausted, and the stresses of the day seem to settle on your shoulders from the very beginning. It feels hopeless. You've tried everything to sleep better: from going to bed earlier, meditation, yoga, an expensive sleep robot, to sleeping pills, but nothing seems to really help. The nights seem to be getting longer and longer, and the fatigue during the day weighs more and more heavily on you.

I know exactly how you feel. Years ago, I was in your place. The constant lack of sleep left me a shadow of my former self. Sometimes I couldn't even get into my car, afraid I'd cause an accident. I could suddenly become emotional over nothing. I couldn't take it anymore. There were too many bad nights, too many thoughts about sleep during the day, and a few hours before bed, my body would usually fill with tension. Would this night be enough? I began my search for the deeper causes of my sleep problems. I discovered so much more than just the science behind sleep. I got to know my body and mind better than ever before. What did I really need to relax?
