What's included in Sleep Insights?

Intake and baseline meeting (90 minutes) to map the severity of your sleep problems and 1 follow-up session of 60 minutes

Analysis of your sleep (identity), lifestyle, and stress factors

Theory about sleep so you better understand what happens in your body and mind when you can’t sleep

Discovering how you can best bring your body and mind into a state of sleep

What to expect? (in broad terms, as the process is tailored to you)
Session 1 – Intake & baseline meeting
Before the intake, you complete several questionnaires. These help gain insight into the severity of your sleep problem and identify bottlenecks. We also look at any possible medical causes.
Session 2 – Sleep advice tailored to you and your life
Together we unravel your sleep story: from habits and routines to your lifestyle and personality. You learn to understand yourself better as a sleeper and which adjustments can have the most impact.
This package is suitable for adults who:

Struggle with relatively mild or short-term sleep problems and mainly need targeted tips and quick adjustments

Have previously worked on sleep problems and now want a short refresher or extra advice

Want to optimize their sleep without major underlying problems or medical conditions

Would like an initial introduction to coaching to see if the program suits them

Have little time and consciously choose a short program with a focused approach
This package is less suitable for adults who:

Struggle with long-term sleep problems, which are often caused by ingrained habits, beliefs, and stress mechanisms that cannot be resolved in just one or two sessions

Have an underlying medical condition (such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, or untreated depression) that requires medical treatment first

Expect to be ‘done’ within a week. Changing sleep behavior requires repetition, practice, and follow-up over a longer period to be effective

What do I ask from you?
During the coaching process, I don’t work on you, but with you. I guide, support, and provide direction, but your effort and involvement are just as important.

Completing a few questionnaires to assess the severity of your sleep problems and to identify and/or rule out any medical causes

Keeping a sleep diary to gain insight into your sleep patterns and any possible triggers that keep you awake
Practical information

Price: €200 (including VAT)

Intake + 1 follow-up session
Cancellation policy
Rescheduling or canceling appointments
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. This can be done via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Late cancellations
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full session fee will be charged, regardless of the reason. This also applies to no-shows.
Validity of package programs
When you book a program or package (e.g., 2, 6 or 8 sessions), it remains valid for a maximum of 6 months from the start date, unless otherwise agreed.
Termination or interruption of a program
If you decide to stop the program early, no refund will be given for the remaining sessions. However, we can discuss a suitable conclusion or rescheduling.
Force majeure or illness (coach)
If I am ill or face force majeure, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost. You will be informed in a timely manner.
