What is Slaap Reset?

During the Sleep Reset, you'll gently shift unhelpful sleep habits and patterns, while letting go of tension and limiting beliefs around sleep.

Who is Sleep Reset for?

  • If you struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep, or often wake up too early

  • If your mind won’t switch off at night or you wake up feeling unrested

  • If you're done “just getting by” and ready for professional, personal support with your sleep issues

  • Also ideal if you've already tried everything  (apps, sleeping pills, supplements, meditation) but nothing really works

What's included in Slaap Reset?

  • Intake and initial meeting (90 minutes) to assess the severity of your sleep issues, followed by 5 coaching sessions of 60 minutes each

  • Clear, measurable goals based on what you want to achieve through coaching

  • Sleep diary + personalized feedback

  • Analysis of your sleep patterns, lifestyle, and stress factors

  • Addressing thoughts, stressors, and emotional burdens that disrupt your sleep

  • Sleep education to help you better understand what happens in your body and mind when you can’t sleep

  • Discovering how to best calm your body and mind

  • A personalized sleep plan, including a relapse prevention plan

  • Follow-up session after a few months to review your progress and adjust the plan if needed

  • WhatsApp support for questions between sessions

What to expect? (in broad terms, as the process is tailored to you)

Session 1 – Intake & initial session
Before the intake, you’ll have completed several questionnaires and kept a sleep diary. These help us understand the severity of your sleep problem and identify key issues. We’ll also look into any possible medical causes.

 

Session 2 – How sleep really works
We’ll explore the world of sleep in an easy-to-understand way. You’ll learn what happens in your body and brain during the night, and why insomnia - even if persistent - doesn’t have to be permanent.

 

Session 3 – Discover your sleep identity
Together, we’ll unravel your personal sleep story: from habits and routines to your lifestyle and personality. You’ll get to know yourself better as a sleeper and discover how small changes can make a big impact.

Session 4 – Breaking through limiting patterns
We identify the beliefs, thoughts, stressors, or emotions that keep you awake at night. Then, step by step, we work on letting go of these limiting patterns.

 

Session 5 – Learning to calm yourself from within
You’ll discover which relaxation techniques or bedtime routines truly work for you. Together, we’ll find ways to soothe both your body and mind, allowing sleep to come naturally again.

 

Session 6 – Your personal sleep plan
Time to reflect and look ahead. We’ll measure your progress, discuss your insights, and you’ll receive a personalized sleep plan - including a relapse prevention plan - to help you maintain restful nights in the future.

 

Check-in session – How are you doing now?
A few months later, we check in again. What’s working well? What challenges are you still facing? In this online session, we’ll fine-tune your sleep plan if needed, and celebrate your progress.

This package is suitable for adults who:

  • Have been struggling with poor sleep for a long time and are now ready to take action

  • Have difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early

  • Experience a lot of worrying or tension around bedtime

  • Want to regain confidence in their ability to sleep

  • Are willing to actively work on their sleep patterns, thoughts, and habits

  • Are open to guidance and step-by-step change

You don’t need to have everything ‘perfectly in order’ to get started. Motivation and openness are more important than perfect circumstances.

This package is less suitable for adults who:

  • Are looking for a one-time advice or quick fix without further guidance (in that case, consider my individual sessions)

  • Are only interested in tips or sleep hacks without a willingness to actively work on it themselves

  • Have an underlying medical issue (such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, or untreated depression) that requires medical treatment first

  • Expect to be ‘done’ within a week. Sustainable behavioral change takes time and also requires effort from you

What do I ask from you?
During the coaching process, I don’t work on you, but with you. I guide, support, and provide direction, but your effort and involvement are just as important.

  • Completing a few questionnaires to assess the severity of your sleep problems and to identify and/or rule out any medical causes

  • Keeping a sleep diary to gain insight into your sleep patterns and any possible triggers that keep you awake

Practical information

  • Price: €650 (including VAT)

  • Intake + 5 follow-up sessions

  • Payment in installments is possible

Cancellation policy

Rescheduling or canceling appointments
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. This can be done via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Late cancellations
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full session fee will be charged, regardless of the reason. This also applies to no-shows.

Validity of package programs
When you book a program or package (e.g., 2, 6 or 8 sessions), it remains valid for a maximum of 6 months from the start date, unless otherwise agreed.

Termination or interruption of a program
If you decide to stop the program early, no refund will be given for the remaining sessions. However, we can discuss a suitable conclusion or rescheduling.

Force majeure or illness (coach)
If I am ill or face force majeure, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost. You will be informed in a timely manner.
