What is Sleep Master?

During the Slaap Meester program, you will learn to adjust unhelpful sleep habits and patterns, and release tension and limiting beliefs around sleep. We take the time to do this thoroughly. If needed, we will also redesign your bedroom to optimize your sleep environment.

  • Comprehensive intake + baseline assessment (90 minutes) to thoroughly map out your sleep problems

  • 7 follow-up coaching sessions (60 minutes each)

What to expect? (in broad terms, as the process is tailored to you)

Session 1 – Intake & baseline assessment
Beforehand, you’ll fill in several questionnaires and keep a sleep diary for one week. During the intake, we analyze your situation, including potential medical or psychological factors affecting sleep.

Session 2 – How sleep really works
Understand in clear, simple terms what happens in your brain and body during the night, and why insomnia, no matter how persistent, doesn’t have to be permanent.

Session 3 – Your sleep identity
We unravel your habits, routines, and lifestyle to understand how they shape your sleep.

Session 4 – Breaking patterns
We work on letting go of thoughts, beliefs, and emotions that keep you awake at night.

Session 5 – Finding calm from within
You’ll discover which techniques help you truly relax and allow sleep to come naturally.

Session 6 – Your personal sleep plan
You’ll receive a tailored sleep plan and relapse prevention strategy, so you remain confident beyond the coaching.

Session 7 & 8 – Deepening and consolidation
We reinforce your new sleep routines and ensure the changes are sustainable. Includes a home visit to optimize your sleep environment.

Follow-up session – How are you sleeping now?
A few months later, we reconnect online to evaluate your progress. What works well? What still needs adjustment? Together, we fine-tune your plan and celebrate your progress.

This package is suitable for adults who:
  • Adults who have been sleeping poorly for a long time and truly want a lasting solution

  • Those willing to actively work on habits, thoughts, and lifestyle changes

  • Busy professionals and expats seeking intensive, personal coaching

You don’t need to have everything ‘perfectly in order’ to get started. Motivation and openness are more important than perfect circumstances.​

This package is less suitable for adults who:
  • Are looking for a one-off consultation or a possible quick fix (see Single Session or Sleep Insight)

  • Expect one quick tip or hack to solve everything

  • If you have an untreated medical condition (such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, or untreated depression) – first seek medical care

  • If you expect to “be done” within a week – sustainable change takes time and effort

What do I ask from you?

  • Coaching is not something I do to you; we work together. I guide, support, and provide direction, but your commitment is just as important.

  • Complete several questionnaires to assess the severity of your sleep problems and rule out medical causes.

  • Keep a sleep diary to gain insight into your sleep patterns and triggers.

Practical information

  • 8 coaching sessions + follow-up

  • Price: € 850 (incl. VAT) – installment payments possible

Cancellation policy

Rescheduling or canceling appointments
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. This can be done via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Late cancellations
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full session fee will be charged, regardless of the reason. This also applies to no-shows.

Validity of package programs
When you book a program or package (e.g., 2, 6 or 8 sessions), it remains valid for a maximum of 6 months from the start date, unless otherwise agreed.

Termination or interruption of a program
If you decide to stop the program early, no refund will be given for the remaining sessions. However, we can discuss a suitable conclusion or rescheduling.

Force majeure or illness (coach)
If I am ill or face force majeure, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost. You will be informed in a timely manner.
